Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed and verified.
We provide dedicated shipping service for all orders to the United States, with an estimated delivery time of 10–21 business days depending on the carrier and local logistics efficiency.

We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees for US-bound orders.
No additional tariffs, taxes, or hidden fees will be charged to customers upon delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, flight schedules, weather conditions, carrier operational issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, intercept, or reroute the shipment.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to claim the parcel, we reserve the right to deduct actual shipping costs from any refund.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your item, please contact your local postal service or check with neighbors and property management first. We will assist with carrier investigations, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for lost or misdelivered packages caused by local delivery issues.
