Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed and verified. We provide dedicated shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 10–21 business days depending on the carrier and local logistics efficiency.

**Customs & Import Fees Notice**
This shipment is under DAP (Delivered At Place) shipping term. All import duties, tariffs, customs clearance fees and local taxes shall be borne by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance at the destination. We do not prepay, collect or cover any customs-related charges. No additional hidden fees will be charged by our store.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, flight schedules, weather conditions, carrier operational issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, intercept, or reroute the shipment. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to claim the parcel, we reserve the right to deduct actual shipping costs from any refund, and no full refund will be issued.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your item, please contact your local postal service or check with neighbors and property management first. We will assist with carrier investigations, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for lost or misdelivered packages caused by local delivery issues.
