Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom or non-resalable items are not returnable.

To start a return, contact us at jainwang2010@live.cn with your order number. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

Refunds will be issued after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
