Excavator Slewing Ring Seal Strip | Turntable Swing Bearing Replacement Seal
Share
If your excavator turntable leaks grease or grit gets into the swing bearing, you need a reliable slewing ring seal strip replacement.
The excavator slewing ring, also known as turntable swing bearing, bears heavy loads and constant rotation during work. The rubber seal strip sits inside the groove around the turntable gear ring. Its main job is to hold lubricating grease inside the bearing and block dust, mud, sand and water from getting into the raceway.
Once this seal is worn, cracked or loose, grease will leak out. Sand and mud enter the bearing and quickly scratch the rolling parts and raceway. This leads to expensive bearing damage and downtime.
Our slewing ring seal strips are specially extruded to fit the groove of excavator turntable and swing bearing. Designed as direct replacement parts for machinery repair.
We can produce custom cross-section shapes to match different excavator slewing ring grooves.
